tired!

I am so tired of being sick. I have a nasty cough, my ribs hurt, my head is pounding and I have no appetite. I am bored! I have so much schoolwork to do and no energy to do it. Go figure! Perhaps I just need some sunshine and a nice brisk walk. Maybe that will get rid of all of my bad germs.

Well, I am home sick. It all started Saturday evening at my LSS crop. I just wasn't feeling well. I did manage to stay for the duration of the crop, but just wasn't feeling the creative mojo. I managed to do only three LO's. One of the LO's is for Scrap Addicts, so I won't be posting that LO until after the reveal on March 15.

I did manage to get to J's on Sunday as they were having a huge sale. I bought two more embossing folders for my CB, a new cart for my beloved Cricut, and two of the new border punches by Fiskars. I cannot wait to play with my new tools.

So, I am in need of resting this weary body. I was up all night with a nasty cough. I didn't sleep much.

I can finally reveal my secret. I am so excited as I LOVE sketches. It is a six month term, and my reveal will always be on the 15th of every month. But, make sure to check out other design team members work on the 1st of the month. Please come and check out the site and play along with us.

more layouts from the weekend...

it's back...

my scrappy mojo, that is. Over at Just Scrappin, we were having a crop this past weekend. I was able to complete five challenges and the one hour layout challenge. That's not too shabby for a girl who is so slow at creating layouts. Thanks to Aymee for the motivation...hung out with this girl Saturday night until the wee hours of the morning just cropping, laughing and talking. Good times...love this girl.

plane tickets

I just booked our plane tickets to ALASKA! We leave June 10th...woo-hoo. We are doing our own land thing until June 17th and then we board our cruise ship for another week of sightseeing the inside passage. I cannot wait to see the beauty of this state...moose, bear, eagles, caribou, glaciers, whales, Denali...got to love it. I better practice up with my photography skills.
